Juicing is the perfect way to lower your cholesterol levels and actually lose some weight!!! it is also very good to take the time to give your body a detox!
Want to learn more about juicing?!!?! I recommend watching "Fat,Sick and nearly dead" on Netflix! it is very interesting, telling a story of a man who was very ill and had a deisease, well he reversed that disease by juicing for about 90 days!
