what to do with the pulp?

Now this might seem a little weird, and I have yet to try it but it does seem like a good idea!
I know a lot of people do not like to juice because why buy fruit and veggies to basically through them out! well here what you can do, turn it into a salad!
thyroid boost

This one helps me out!
I have had a thyroid condition since the age of 14! following this recipe has taken my headache away and helped my energy!
joes favorite!

Joe enjoying his favorite juice:
1 cucumber
4 celery stalks
2 apples
6-8 kale leaves
1/2 lemon
1 tbsp. of ginger root.
juicing prep

This is a good way to keep your fruits and veggies separated so you know you will use them. some people will actually freeze them to keep them lasting longer.
benefits of juicing
Did you know that 95% of the vitamins and enzymes our bodies need are found in the juice of raw fruits and vegetables? We would need to eat 2 lbs of carrots, 10-12 apples, or 8 lbs of spinach to get the same amount of nutrients you receive in one 16 oz juice. When you drink juice, highly concentrated vitamins, minerals and enzymes rapidly enter the bloodstream absorbing all of the nutritional benefits of the fruits and vegetables and giving your digestive organs a much-needed rest.

refreshing water
So this might not be about juicing but man was it definatly really good and refreshing!
I took mint leaves, cucumber, lemon and lime and chopped them up into big slices, threw them in a huge jug and filled it with water, I let it sit over night and in the morning I had my juice for class! it was so refreshing!
